I have been rubbish with medieval and tudor fiction lately but I reckon this is the sort of thing I could get me back into it again

What a great, dramatic part of the story to jump in to. I can't remember reading any historical fiction about Elizabeth that emphasizes her thoughts or feelings about her mother.
